We reserve the right to update or modify our policies at any time without prior notice. Any changes to our policies will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review our policies periodically for any updates or changes. Your continued use of our website or services after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policies. If you have any questions or concerns about our policies, please contact us for clarification.
-
Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may arise where clients need to cancel their projects. However, please note that cancellations made after the commencement of work may be subject to a cancellation fee. The amount of this fee will depend on the stage of the project and the work completed up to that point. We will strive to handle cancellations with fairness and understanding, and any applicable fees will be outlined in our initial agreement.
-
Revisions Policy
Our logo design packages include up to three rounds of revisions, while our website design packages include up to six rounds of revisions. We strive to ensure that our clients are satisfied with the final product and offer these revision rounds to accommodate feedback and adjustments. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds will be billed at an hourly rate of $95/hour, with a minimum charge of one hour.
-
Late Payment Policy
To maintain efficiency and fairness in our business operations, a late fee of 10% will be applied to all payments that are past due. We kindly ask our clients to ensure timely payment to avoid any inconvenience or additional charges. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
-
Refund Policy
Our goal is to provide high-quality services and deliverables that meet or exceed our clients' expectations. If you are dissatisfied with our services for any reason, please contact us to discuss your concerns. Refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis, and any applicable conditions or fees will be outlined in our initial agreement. Please note that refunds are subject to approval and may not be applicable in all circumstances.

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our work is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
-
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute or disagreement between us and our clients, we are committed to resolving the issue in a fair and timely manner. We encourage open communication and dialogue to address concerns and find mutually acceptable solutions. If a resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, we may engage in alternative dispute resolution methods, such as mediation or arbitration, to resolve the issue. Our goal is to find a resolution that satisfies both parties and preserves our professional relationship.

-
Alignment Policy
If through working together, we decide that our brand values directly conflict with those of our client, we reserve the right to refuse service and end any existing agreements fairly and swiftly so as to better serve those with whom our services best align.
-
Installment Payment Policy
For select projects, Blue Honey Rose offers installment-based payment plans as a courtesy to help clients manage project costs more comfortably.
Installment payments are not retainer fees and are not tied to monthly deliverables, updates, or active work sessions. They are simply scheduled payments applied toward the total project balance.
Project work progresses according to the agreed-upon scope and timeline and may pause if required client assets, approvals, or feedback have not been provided. Installment payments continue on schedule regardless of project pace or client response times.
Automatic payments are used to ensure consistent delivery.
By proceeding with a payment plan, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
-
Fair Availability Policy
To ensure that all clients receive timely, focused attention and equitable access to my schedule, Blue Honey Rose maintains a Fair Availability Policy.
If a prompt response is not received:
The project simply pauses until the information arrives.
After 14 days without a reply, the project may be moved to inactive status and rescheduled based on availability.
Extended lapses in communication may require a new projected timeline or reactivate fee.
This policy protects the time commitments made to all clients and keeps projects running smoothly. Clients who need additional communication support or more frequent check-ins may request a retainer agreement with dedicated communication allowances.
-
Communication Policy
Clear, organized communication is essential for delivering high-quality work. To maintain an efficient workflow and provide consistent attention to all clients, email is the primary and official communication channel for project updates, questions, and approvals.
We aim to respond to messages within 1–3 business days. Project-related calls or video meetings are available by appointment and used for clarification, not ongoing project management.
If clarification or decisions are needed from the client, the project will remain on hold until a written response is received. To preserve availability for all clients, I am not able to make repeated follow-up calls or reminders for unanswered emails.
For clients requiring more frequent check-ins or real-time collaboration, retainer options with enhanced communication access are available upon request.
-
Asset Submission Policy
To maintain project momentum and uphold agreed-upon timelines, all required assets — including brand materials, copy, images, login credentials, questionnaires, and approvals — must be submitted by the dates outlined during onboarding or upon request.
Project work cannot proceed without the necessary assets. If assets are delayed, the project will pause until everything is received. This may extend the timeline and may require rescheduling the project phase based on current availability.
If assets remain outstanding for more than 14 days, the project may be moved to inactive status and placed back into the schedule once all materials are submitted. Significant delays may require a new timeline, change order, or reactivation fee.
Submitting assets on time ensures a smooth, efficient, and professional creative process for everyone involved.
